Training takes place in the workout studio on the first floor of Tolworth Recreation Centre every Tuesday between 20:00Hrs – 22:00Hrs |

sessions to see if Shorinji Kempo is for you the first session is free, you
don’t need a DoGi just wear some loose sports clothing, there are changing
